A member asked:

Would water aborbed in the bowelcontain any activated charcoal, which would therefore end up being filtered through the kidneys and passed in the urin?

No: The water absorbed from your bowels is pure. It can then go to the kidneys. You don't absorb the charcoal, and it doesn't show up in your urine.
