Probably not.: It is always possible to be breast cancer, but typically breast cancer does not cause pain until it gets large. It is common to have painful breasts near your cycle. Do you feel any lumps? Do you do self exams? If lumps, given your age, it is likely fibrocystic change, but you should be seen by your provider to help exclude possibility of cancer.

Not: Unless you feel a lump. It is probably still hormonal. Do self breast exam well. If find something, then go do doc.
