A member asked:

Can zyrtec (cetirizine) and melatonin be taken together?

Shouldn't be a probl: As you probably know, melatonin is usually used to help sleep and zyrtec (cetirizine) is for allergies. There is no negative interaction between them. However, allergy medications on their own can sometimes interfere with sleep. So you may want to take the zyrtec (cetirizine) in the morning and the melatonin at night.

Yes: Zyrtec (cetirizine) is an anithistamine, and melatonin is a safe supplement often used to help reduce insomnia.
