Perhaps psychic pain: If you are having total body pain that has been investigated, and no cause was found, then it is possible that the pain starts in the central nervous sytem causing psychic or psychologically-induced pain. Pain is a subjective symptom and us physicians and scientists doofus not have--as yet--a good way to measure pain severity. If physical causes have brent ruled out, pursue possible psychological.
