You need to call OB: Right sided pain / flank pain could be: 1. Fetal position, certainly 2. Appendicitis 3. Kidney infection 4. Kidney stone 5. Early labor call your doctor to be seen. If they will not see you, then go to the hospital!

Don't Rush to Hosp.: I would contact your ob. You don't need to rush to the emergency room. They may just recommend a heating pad and some massage and rest.
