Needs evaluation: Constant illness needs to be thoroughly evaluated to determine the cause, so proper treatment can be given. There are so many possibilities. Sometimes babies get sick when they stop breast feeding and get placed on cow's milk and develop an allergy. Also evaluate whether or not immunizations seem to aggravate the chronic illness.

Recurrent Illnesses: Common early age illnesses: viral upper respiratory infections, cold, cough, fever, vomiting, diarrhea, skin/diaper rash, ear infection etc. When infant / toddler start day care, they get sick more frequent. In first year, can be sick about 6 times with illnesses mentioned. More severe illnesses: pneumonia, bronchiolitis, asthma wheezing, injuries and many more. Talk to the pediatrician and ask.
