No: Gonorrhea is an std that is only transmitted by oral, vaginal, or oral sex (penetration). The chance of having caught gonorrhea by another means (kissing, toilet seats, swimming pools, hot tubs, etc) would be extremely remote. It is very possible that your discharge may represent normal prostate fluid but you should see your doctor to determine the precise cause and rule out any infection.
