Maybe other reason: Although you sound very knowledgeable and comfortable regarding your PVC history, i would have some concern about your other symptoms which may be from another medical condition. The increase in pvcs may be an indirect result of increased stress/strain/epinephrine from this condition. The dizziness and dyspnea should be evaluated further.

Pics: Pvcs are beats from the ventricle that don't push blood into the aorta so you feel a skip. Generally they are harmless but too many in a row can cause dizziness and only those beats vtach can cause sudden death. Electrolyte abnormalities and caffeine and other stimulants can make them worse. Best to see your cardiologist and check it out. They will probably place a monitor and get blood tests.
