Go to the doctor: You should go to the physician as you could have a more serious issue going on. Sounds like you may have jaundice which can be caused by many things. See your physician soon.

Not easy: It sounds like you have pigmentation on your conjunctiva. There is no way to remove this except surgery which would be considered cosmetic usually. Rarely, this could be a cancerous or pre-cancerous lesion. If it is mainly yellowish, it could be indicative of an underlying liver problem. See your ophthalmologist who will determine what you need.
