Sex: The liquid before ejaculation also has some sperm. Even though less chance of getting pregnant, there is a possibility.

Minimal: The pre-ejaculate that issues from the penile urethra contains a concentrated amount of sperm. If a condom was used prior to insertion of the penis and no ejaculation occurs, the chance of sperm leakage should be minimal.

Proper use: If condom was not defective, used properly and protection was on for entire duration of intercourse, the likelihood of "leaking out" is very low. Pregnancy rate with proper use of condoms in about 2%.
