See your doctor: There are women who experience these cyclic symptoms right before their periods. It does not necessarily mean something is wrong, but if it is new for you, please see your doctor. These changes can be caused by infection, hormones, or birth control. Your obgyn should be able to narrow down the causes and offer you some type of treatment.
