Vitamins: It is wonderful that you are taking charge of your health! it is recommended to take a multivitamin everyday to support your health. If your desire is pregnancy, you can start a prenatal vitamin instead. Prenatal vitamins have the essential elements needed to start a healthy pregnancy. If you are not able to tolerate prenatal vitamins, the multivitamin or flintstone/gummy vitamins are also great.

Berberine, Metformin: For pcos, metformin and the herb berberine, will both help restore Insulin receptor sensitivity, normalize bodyweight, and help to normalize hormonal abnormalities. I recommend 500 mg of each three times per day. Metformin may impair B12 absorption, so be sure to take extra B12 each day. M.
