What is the recommended frequency for a tb shot?

None: Do you mean a TB skin test? If so there's no recommended frequency. If you're a healthcare worker or someone who could potentially be exposed to tuberculosis then annually or after a possible exposure. If you're referring to a tetanus shot then every 10 years is fine for most people.

TB Testing : I hope you mean TB testing by skin prick. There is no schedule or recommended frequency. If you do not have TB by testing then the only time you would need another test was if you get re-exposed some how.
