Depends: Most people with lactose intolerance can tolerate a small amount of dairy. An ounce or 2 in a single cup of coffee would be unlikely to trigger symptoms. If you take in a fair amount it might. They make a lactase enzyme pill (lactaid) that you can take as you consume dairy that can reduce or eliminate related problems.
