Female ejaculate: Some women are purported to have glands that allow for them to have an ejaculate. Honestly, i haven't seen this clinically during a female exam in the ob/gyn suite. The vagina is full of glandular tissue that produces mucous which allows vagina to say moist and support the 'good' bacteria necessary for vaginal health. Some women may have enlarged glands that allow increased production of lubrican.
