What can cause sudden blurriness of vision in children?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Revathi Naadimuthu
16 years experience in Ophthalmology
Many reasons: Sudden blurriness in children could be something serious, so if you believe the complaint is real, you should take your child to see an ophthalmologist right away. Many times, however, children may complain of blurriness but there may be nothing wrong with the eyes. There may be stress at a new school or a change in the family situation that may be manifesting with this complaint.
