Possible menopause: It would not be uncommon to have a thinning of the vaginal tissues secondary to menopause/perimenopause changes. This can lead to burning,discharge, pain with sex, itching and a variety of urinary symptoms. There are some more unusual things so if it persists an exam can determine the cause.
