May Be Normal: Many people with darker skin pigment have darker appearing 'whites' of their eyes. Sun 'damage', especially in the horizontal line from 9-3 o'clock is another common cause.A simple eye exam could identify the cause and potentially rule out a serious acquired condition.

White eyes: I agree with dr. Hill. I would only add that there is no recommended treatment to "whiten" the eyes.
