Back pain : Back pain can be felt from both of these , however, the overies and bowels would have to be in the posterior part of your abdomen to cause these symptoms. Ovulation is quick and over in a day or 2. Gas is usually more painful in the front of your abdomen. But both can cause similar symptoms.
