Add Wellbutrin (bupropion): Prozac can inhibit orgasms. Adding wellbutrin (bupropion) has been used off label to reduce the anorgasmia associated with Prozac and other ssri medications. Also, ask about switching from Prozac to another medication with less sexual side effects.
