Depends: There are many diseases and conditions which can turn the urine dark. Jaundice, diseases of the biliary tract, liver, and G.I. Tract can cause this. Blood in the urine can appear dark. Dehydration leading to concentrated urine can appear dark. In short, your hepatitis c may have nothing to do with the urine color but it could. You need to be evaluated by your doctor i would encourage you to do this soon.
