Possibly: Pain in shoulder on taking a deep breath is usually indicative of irritation of the nerves of the diaphragm which causes referred pain in the shoulder. This can be further evaluated by detailed exam, chest x-ray and (if needed) ct scan of the chest. Talk to your doctor about yr symptoms.
