Maybe 1-3 months: With very early abortion, your period may be regular the next cycle. If abortion is later, it may take a couple of months, but this is difficult to tell as every woman is different. So, if u r not planning to get pregnant, barrier method/pills/iuds/injectables etc..Are recommended. If you are still concerned, consult doc..Good luck.
