A member asked:

Can you still grow after puberty?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Confusing question: Puberty is a stage, not a defined point. It can progress over 3 - 6 years or so in some and includes a series of changes including growth.Linear growth will continue until the growth centers of the long bones close under the influence of pubertal hormones. An x-ray of the wrist and hand can be analysed for open growth centers and confirm continuation or end of the growth period.
