It is possible but: Most girls stop growing by the age of 18 or19 but it depends when they started puberty.The earlier a girl start menstruating the earlier she stop growing You are done with puberty if you have started having periods and have full grown breasts.Girls usually complete puberty by age 16 or 17

Depends on variables: Your predicted genetic height is half your parents combined height less 2.5 inches. Most 16 yo girls who entered puberty at a normal time are near the end of their growth. A single x-ray of your wrist and hand could detect open growth centers that would predict more growth, but unless your bone maturity is at a 12 year old level i wouldn't expect much.
