Strep: Strep does not typically cause tooth pain. Dehydration could do this. If you have not seen a doctor yet, please do this. Strep can be a serious infection and is contagious. You need to, be treated. If your teeth are still sensitive after treatment then you should see a dentist.

Unlikely: Unlikely. If you have diagnosed strep throat, you are likely on antibiotics. If oral pain persists after resolution of strep throat, see your MD.

No direct relation. But throat infection can be taxing your immune system, allowing already marginally infected oral systems to deteriorate. See both your Physician and your Dentist. Pain isn a way for your body to signal you that you need help.
