Probably: Cipro (ciprofloxacin) is not the drug of choice for chlamydia. However, if there is a positive test and if you have taken Cipro (ciprofloxacin) already, you may be cured. The options would be to treat a with another antibiotic anyway or repeat a test for chlamydia.
