No.: The brand drug tranxene (clorazepate) is discontinued in the U.S. However, the generic form is still made. The lowest dose is 3.75 mg tablets. It also comes in 7.5 and 15 mg strength tablets. You could try breaking a 3.75 mg tablet in half if needed.
