Hydration.: Depending on severity and etiology. Trndlenberg positon( head down). Iv fluids, if there is bleedins give blood transfusion. If they are on hypertensive meds stop them. If it is mild, drink fluids with electrolytes. Avoid dehydration, if you are on meds get them adjusted.

Im 69 yrs old. For the last few years, my blood pressure gets really high 210/111 & drops fairly low 90/50 on a regular basis. Its like any stress or excitement makes it jump. I have been diagnosed with cad & a 60% blockage, could that be why?
