Painful mens.cramps: Cramps after periods usually suggested of heavy periods or cervical stenosis (narrowing of cervix) for variable reasons, depending mild or severe. Others may relate to endometriosis or adenmyosis if persisted. See your doctors if severe or more than 3 months.
