Maybe: If the bleeding on the conjunctiva (white part of the eye) is flat and not too big, then the contact lens will not be affected and you can wear them. If in doubt, leave them out.

If the problem is more significant, then you should discuss this with your eye doctor to determine if contacts are ok.
