Maybe: If the bleeding on the conjunctiva (white part of the eye) is flat and not too big, then the contact lens will not be affected and you can wear them. If in doubt, leave them out.

Contact lenses: If you have a small area of blood on the eye surface (subconjunctival hemorrhage) with no associated symptoms, then it would be safe to wear your contact lens as long as it's comfortable. If the problem is more significant, then you should discuss this with your eye doctor to determine if contacts are ok.
