No: Watery discharge can be normal, or it could be a sign of infection. If it's a lot of discharge, that could be a sign. If the discharge smells fishy, that would also be a sign. If you're worried, consider seeing doctor for check up to be sure. Typically after menses discharge thickens based on the hormones that are active in your cycle at that time. Good luck!
