Can a ruptured cyst look like hydrosalpinx on ultrasound?

No: A cyst that has ruptured will not be visible as anything other than possibly some fluid behind the uterus. Hydrosalpinx will look like dilated tortuous tubular structures. One is not likely to be confused with the other.

Not likely!: But not impossible. A knowledgeable sonographer or physician should tell the difference 90% of the time.
