Yes and no...: Any antidepressant can cause weight gain but some more than others. Many would consider bupropion (welbutrin) to be weight neutral but there have been cases of significant weight gain even on this medication.

Prozac (fluoxetine) helps stabilize pts w/ bulimia and may be a more weight neutral medication. I hope you able to find the right treatment for you with a tolerable side effect profile.
