Yes, but some wt. : American journal of psychiatry in june, 2004 this paper included publications through june, 2002, searches of medline, . Current contants, . Results of the pooled analyses indicated that breastfed infants exposed to paroxetine and sertraline were unlikely to develop adverse effects. Sertralline cuase limited weight gain. Other antidepressants were not recommend as celexa (citalopram).
