Oh my gosh - Chia: Seeds absolutely are not opiates! chia are seeds from salvia hispanca which grows in the desert. They can be a healthy snack as they contain omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, protein ; antioxidants. Chia have calcium, vitamin c, zinc, phosphorous, iron ; potassium.
