Irregular cycles: Untreated or poorly-controlled graves' disease can cause irregular menstrual cycles and affect ovulation (egg release). It should be treated before you get pregnant, otherwise it may increase the risk of OB complications such as preeclampsia, preterm birth, or fetal growth restriction. If you have TSH receptor antibodies these can affect baby's thyroid as well and your OB will need to follow this.

Graves disease: Any thyroid dysfunction can affect ovulation and fertility. Once graves disease has been treated and you are euthyroid there shouldn't be any long term effect on fertility.
