Please call your OB: Now , all ?S at this point should be asked to your OB and your OB should have explalined or you should have taken OB classes to know that you are most likely having contractions and may be starting early labor so please call your OB now as your OB may want u to go to the labor room to be checked and if u are not in labor and everything is ok please ask your OB about guidelines when to call your ob.
