Itchy nipples: You may have eczema, which can affect soft sensitive skin. If you have any other part of body with dry skin patches, it would be a likely cause. You can also think about superficial fungal ingal infection called ring worm. An exam would be helpful if OTC meds dont help resolve the condition.
