A member asked:

What does it mean when you get your period early?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hormones: Often when you get your period early it's due to hormonal changes. At 31 years of age that can be normal. If it bothers you, you can see your doctor and maybe birth control pills can help regulate. Typically, though, it doesn't necessarily mean anything is wrong, just normal hormonal variation.
