Getting better: 9 weeks after knee replacement you should be making good progress on your range of motion. 0-120 degrees should be expected. Pain should be subsiding. Weakness can persist, and increasing exercises can be done to help. If stiffness lingers, increase stretching exercise frequency. If swelling recurs, occasionally elevate the leg above heart and head for 20 min, or wear compressive hose.
