You can't do it: .Most men have a slight upward curve of their erect penis. Some men have a perfectly straight penis. Others can have a downward curve, this is called chordee. Very common in males born with hypospadias, or as an isolated abnormality & can interfere with sex. A reconstructive or a pediatric urologist can correct this surgically. However, there is nothing non-surgical to correct chordee.
