Not normal: Penis should be more or less straight, perhaps with a slight upward curve. Also curvature of 30 degrees. 45 degree is probably upper limit of curvature to have pleasant sexual penetration. Consider seeing a reconstructive or pediatric urologist if it is really bothering you, because curvature can be corrected surgically.
