Maybe: Ketorolac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication that works best if taken before the surgery and continued afterwards. It will definitely help with the swelling and also the pain. Ice will also help.

Ketorolac: (toradol) is an analgesic. Doubt it will have much effect on the swelling. That will be more from definitive treatment and use of an antibiotic. Hope this helps.
