Possibly: Pubic symphisis separation is associated with pain in the midline of the pubic bone. It is often worse with pressure directly on this joint, and this is a great way to differentiate it from pain related to other causes. The cramps that you are feeling might be related to contractions or a bladder infection. Call your doctor!
