How long should i stay on sprintec to regulate my periods?

Depends why taking.: As long as you are not a smoker and doing well you can take them until you go through menopause. Avg age 52. If you were put on them to regulate your periods and not seeing significant improvement by 3rd month might need to investigate further. Might benefit from sonogram to check for polyps or fibroids. If was on pills prior to sprintec could be a result of being on the pills for extended time.
