See pediatrician and: Hydrate. A two day old should be urinating more and may be dehydrated. If breast feeding, make sure baby is receiving milk, suckling okay. If bottle feeding, make sure baby is taking in fluids, record how much. However, would recommend seeing a pediatrician to be safe, continue hydrating.Best of luck and hope the little ones doing well!
