Do you mean: "bony pain in back and leg and thigh and knee"? If so, then i would recommend you get assessed by a physician as you could have vertebral pathology that is irritating nerve roots causing this pain. Only a physical exam with appropriate workup could say for sure, but if you have a herniated disc in our back impinging on nerves, can certainly cause this. See a physician experienced in spine issues.
