How can i deal with ovarian cyst pain?

Ibuprofen: Ibuprofen would be my first recommendation for the occasional ovarian / ovarian cyst pain. If you have discomfort every month, birth control will keep the cysts under control, therefore minimizing any ovarian pain. Occasionally, a large cyst may leak or rupture causing severe pain. Most the time, this is still managed with prescription pain medicine and will resolve over a few days.
