No: While this may be a sign of anemia, you will need a blood test to determine this. If that blood test is normal, you may have just lighter circulation, which, if it does not cause any other issues, can be a normal variant. You may also want to consider having your thryroid checked when you have blood taken as this can cause similar symptoms. Best of luck!

No: You can't live without your blood circulating all the time. It sounds like you need to visit the doctor to find out why you feel this way all the time so you can get better
